What stays free

You can enter the boat, the seller and the buyer, and download a bill of sale to print and sign by hand. That file includes the fields Transport Canada lists as proof of ownership.

What the paid kit adds

The full kit adds on-screen signatures for both people, including a link each person can open on their own phone, the dockside inspection with Good, Fair and Needs work, and a licence transfer checklist with calendar reminders. The $49 kit adds photos on the report and a buyer-ready listing summary.

Payments

Paid kits are coming soon. Stripe is off. The receipt shows HST # 80698 3383 RT0001, the kit subtotal, and the tax for the buyer's province: 13% HST in Ontario, 15% HST in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island, and 5% GST in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Quebec and the territories.
